Electrofusion Boxes
G-Source is a Fusion Group company. Fusion started out in 1971 creating the UK’s first polyethylene pipe jointing equipment. Today, Fusion remains at the forefront of developments in both electrofusion and butt fusion jointing.
QBOX is Fusion’s next generation electrofusion box. Developed after extensive feedback from both contractors and utilities, QBOX contains a host of new features outlined below including:
- Large high-resolution graphic display
- View complete joint records in screen
- Robust, reliable and easy to maintain – for example, keypad is a seamless membrane to prevent water ingress
- Heavy duty cycle design means can be used continuously
- Joint Manager data transfer technology
