G-Source’s engineers work with customers to develop bespoke ground source manifold layouts. The key drivers are to minimise your costs, reduce material content, and simplify the overall layout, whist optimising manifold performance. At all points in the process you will be able to approve the developement to ensure that the end product will suit your exact requirements.

G-Source’s engineers use 3-D CAD systems enabling them to verify the buildability and performance of each design.

G-Source has one of the UK’s largest and best-equipped facilities for polyethylene fabrications. Manifold and chamber fabrication primarily involves the cutting and extrusion welding of polyethylene sheets and pipework. The Pipe Systems Division (PSD) of Fusion Provida has over 25,000 sq ft devoted to the creation of specialist polymer fabrications as diverse as complex manifolds for landfill gas collection systems to offshore Fast Rescue Craft up to 40’ in length.

In addition to moving to a new custom-built fabrications facility. PSD has also increased its stock of moulded components - e.g. reducers, elbows, tees - and ancillary items - e.g. valves, flanges and bracketry. This investment has greatly increased PSD’s ability to meet ever more
demanding lead times.

In addition to its special capabilities, PSD also make a range of standard polyethylene pipe fabrications such as segmented bends and pupped fittings and endeavours to maintain off-the-shelf sticks of the most popular lines.
